Terms of service
The client may:
• question the price, if the price I mentioned is not the same as the one advertised. I will change prices from time to time, but I can make mistakes;
• if it takes more than 60 days for me to start your commission, you can discuss an appropriate courtesy to make up for the delay.
• print your commission for personal use only;
• repost your commission on your personal social media page, with due credit
• Enjoy your amazing new art!!
The client may not:
• Be a minor and ask for NSFW art
• get their artwork made before payment;
• repost without credit (just make sure my watermark signature is visible);
• redistribute and monetize my work without my consent;
• neglecting to credit my work when requested;
• require me to imitate another artist's style or make modifications that depart too far from my style guidelines;
• be an moron.
Payment
• Payment is in USD and exclusively through PayPal.
• Payment is always made in upfront.
• After the negotiation, I will be writing a totally rad invoice for you to close the deal!

As the artist, I have the following rights:
• Distribute and use artwork for self-promotion unless there is a discussion about this prior to payment.
• Refuse any commission for any reason.
• To set and change my prices at any time, for any reason.
• To add, discontinue and offer products and services at my discretion.
• To change these Terms of Service at any time* for any reason.
* Keep in mind that, regardless of the change, the customer reserves the right to respect only the version he has read.
Refunds
• If I haven't started your commission yet, I can offer a full refund within 7 days of payment and 60% after 7 days.
• If I've already started working on your sketch and you're not satisfied, I can offer a 30% refund, but only up to 7 days after the first in line.
• If it took 80 days without starting your order, you are once again entitled to a full refund.
• Once the sketch is approved, I will offer no refund.
*To avoid the need for a refund, consider the queue that is displayed and updated on my Trello page. Make sure you are comfortable with waiting before commissioning.
